Service credits may be provided if we fail to meet these service levels, subject to the terms of your service plan.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flow Sculpt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Business interruption or system failures
• Damages resulting from third-party actions
• Any damages exceeding the amount paid for our Service

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flow Sculpt, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination
